Craziness

So I have told myself that I have got to get better about this blog, and I think that I might be able to stick to that. "Might" being the key word.

After lots of prayer and talking, Isaac and I made the decision to start Jacob at the MDO program at our church. He will attend on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-2. This will give me some time on my own to pursue some things(more on that later), gives Jacob a chance to interact with other adults and kiddos, and maybe I can get this house in order for once. The original plan was for him to start in September, but when I went to register him they let me know that a spot had opened up for this year, starting the following week, if I wanted it. So he had his first day on Wednesday and seemed to really enjoy it. Isaac just happened to be off that day, so we went and had breakfast together, ran some errands, and saw a movie. It was WONDERFUL!!! But not going to lie, I was super excited to pick him up.

As far as what I will be doing with 10 HOURS a week on MY OWN...  Besides being able to clean the floors, go to HEB alone, do laundry in 1 day instead of 5, run errands, and such, I am also going to start studying for my insurance license. This is something that we have talked about before, and now I am really going to hit the books for it.

So that is what is going on here...at least most of it. Jacob is still napping, so going to take the rest of this quiet time to myself and sneak in a shower. But I leave you with a picture of my sweet valentine...
